Ok, let us warm ourselves for the weekend (it is monsoon season in Indian now); let me make a mild post for the weekend.
We all know Adobe for the cool looking tools and the super powerful image editing software - Adobe Photoshop. Now, as Flash becomes the “Macromedia Flash from Adobe”, the first thing that one would expect is that it would have the high power design tools available in Photoshop or be able to do utmost advantage of Photoshop (and perhaps Illustrator). Well, you might as well get it. You will be delighted that Adobe should definitely bestow you with the cool tools in Flash which are really Photoshop-alike.

There are many good sites that does a good job of getting you the most happening, good news, links, information and everything else you need to know. There are RSS Feeds that one can subscribe and newsletters that one can follow. Some of such good sites which I use religiously are del.icio.us, digg, techcrunch, MXNA, FullAsAGoog, Wired.
However, I missed some information or news that I wished I had heard earlier in some way or the other. Not just that, I really love to share information, good links, new happening with out team and beyond. Today, I decided to form a group just for that, to send out mails about new links, tutorials, tips & tricks, techno-business related information.

A resume or curriculum vitae is a document containing a summary or listing of relevant job experience and education, usually for the purpose of securing a new job. Often the resume is the first item a potential employer encounters regarding the job seeker, and therefore a large amount of importance is often ascribed to it.
It has become a customary thrill on my part to go through resume to select good (if not the best) developers and designers alike. Something I realized it that it is not just the technical expertize that suffice to do a job; it is also about attitude, personal zeal and eagerness to do something. I have selected many developers based on their yearning to do something and not really on their technical skillset, people who are well informed and have that gut feeling of performing. They are extremely easy to train in the right direction too. Another important lesson I learnt is never to stop hiring and not to hire all at one go, sometimes someone just comes in whom you would just want to hire.
