I switched from Notepad++ to wSciTE six months ago and never looked back. Look for the full Windows executable download if you're willing to give it a shot. I'm happy using hipcal to manage contacts & appointments and highly recommend SciTE for text editing. I switched from Notepad++ to wSciTE six months ago and never looked back.
