I know, I know, they have release AIR for Linux a bit late (and that too still in Alpha), but still, atleast they are taking the effort to do a separate Linux release. Unlike some Graphic card companies who need an open letter from the community, a signed online petition of thousands and repeated mails from angry open source enthusiasts, Adobe is making an conscious effort not to side-track, what could soon be it's premier platform. I'm really proud of Adobe. I know, I know, they have release AIR for Linux a bit late (and that too still in Alpha), but still, atleast they are taking the effort to do a separate Linux release.
Unlike some Graphic card companies who need an open letter from the community, a signed online petition of thousands and repeated mails from angry open source enthusiasts, Adobe is making an conscious effort not to side-track, what could soon be it's premier platform.
