After multiple apologies from “Sam” aka “Manoj” aka “T-Shirt King” aka “all-his-aliases” at Xtees.com, I’ve decided to turn this post underground. I’m sorry to hear that the post have somehow devastated his business.
“If you only look where you can’t go, you might just miss the riches below.”
Let me tell you a story about a rather popular T-Shirt ordering site in India - xtees.com. As a T-Shirt ordering business, I’m very happy with them and they did a good job.
Things began to irritate me when they started spamming me the moment they got my email and have the audacity to say that I’m sorta wrong, and that they’re right in spamming me. The email even pointed out that its my prerogative to click and remove myself from their “spam” list when I never asked to be added to that list in the first place.
They could have simply remove me in my earlier polite request to be removed from the list and things could have just settled but they spammed me again and they are supposedly taking legal action against me for emailing back harshly to their “female” spammer.
Wow! So, they have a female spammer so their spamming-scheme can be more effective? That’s a smart strategy. Well, they can simply just remove me from their “spam” list and I’ll hold no grudge against them at all.
Here is a rough timeline;
I began talks with Xtees.com to order a bunch of T-Shirts somewhere during the later part of September, 2008. Instantly, I got their first spam email on 2nd Oct, 2008 which I did not respond and kept quit. I mean they got my email address from my authentic talks about the t-shirts (it was a brand new mail ID I created and no spammers would have got it yet).
Another Spam
I got the second spam mail on 15th Oct, 2008 and I had to react. (click image to see actual size)

More Spam
Despite their promise, they sent me another spam. I’m no longer in a mood to talk nice. So, here it begin. Read the message for yourself (click image to see actual size). They’ve have threatened to take legal actions against me. LOL.
Some points to ponder from their email,
- “You can submit to Spamhaus.org (or) any other site - we are 100% compatible with all these laws.
We know how to get removed. In turn, we will also submit ur sites - we have professional know how on these.”
- “I am taking legal action again you for the use of abusive language to a female.”
- “CC: Mr. xxxx xxxxxx - You can get this person’s address from OPS - Please proceed legally.”
- “I don’t enjoy fighting with lame dumb idiots like you.”
- “My one day profit should be worth your annual income.”
- “Your language shows the kind of education you possess and kind of filthy family you’ve come from.”

Note: I’m sorry but it looks like the fun ended abruptly, leaving me as a “person whose annual income is less than xtees.com’s one day profit,” and I “come from a filthy family.”

This is awful. I have been a regular customer of XTees.com and I am appalled by Sam’s behaviour.
Brajeshwar,
I agree that it was extremely unprofessional of xtees to behave the way they did, but why did you even have to use the kind of language that you did ?
I mean I don’t care if you were speaking to a female or a eunuch, but using cuss words in an email is just plain unprofessional. I’m with xtees and Sam on this.
I really thought you would know better and would act responsibly.
Abusive language? One use of f**king does not constitute abuse, it shows extreme displeasure with a companies actions - the swearing was never targeted towards anyone personally, let alone at a female, and who cares if it was anyway? Females are not some mythical holy beings with pure ears - they are just people like anyone else, what sort of backwards response is that?
What a cheap lame company, I’m starting to understand that things are very different in India - legal action for using a swear word in conversation with a female, LMAO!
Thanks for posting, I’m both shocked at the crapness of some companies and thoroughly amused by how they view themselves.
Lol, this is both, sad and funny in same place. It is terrible to see such a company has such a relationship with customers.
But, i don’t worry, they will not last long with such a business model. Boomerang will hit them soon.
thanks Brajeshwar for posting this info … They are really unprofessional and I do not feel you have done any thing wrong …
This post is an eye opener and it should reach to the corporate world so that they do not do business with these shitty company.
In your 2nd email regarding this companies spam, you decided to use some extremely inappropriate language.
I don’t condone spam, but I hate bad manners as well. If you were face to face with this person, would you speak the same way?
This company obviously has no idea how to handle customers complaints and will only be able to survive until another company who does understand the value of every customer, fills the void.
If my second polite email, failed to get me removed from the list, then I would have written something more formal and perhaps a little threatening. OR I may have used the carrot of a large possible order then whacked them with the stick claiming I couldn’t order from a company that insisted on spamming me.
There is always an alternative to bad manners.
Hi! Thanks for posting this communication. Using the f word on a female is one thing. But passing shady remark about a man’s income is downright insult to him. They’ve lost another customer.
