There are many things about IE when it comes to css, another stupid thing being that of its inability to understand between “dotted” and “dashed”. 1px dashed #000 will be the same as 1px dotted #000 on IE though other browsers like Mozilla, Mozilla Firebird etcetera shows them correctly.

I am surprised with the interest and quality this little kid have. I have heard of many whizkid stories, I think he fits into one of those. In his mail, he was happy to say, “I am certified in Flash designing and computer Graphics and animation with 94% and 3D Max from institute of Image Malakpet Branch, Hyderabad. So, all those heavy demand for the come back of “Scale and Rotate” is fruitful, it is back in its full glory. The only thing is that it does not have a shortcut, well if you were so use to that Ctrl+Alt+S in Flash MX, then just re-assign the keyboard shortcut to it for your editing pleasure.
