The way we pay has changed three times in the past few thousand years. From coins to paper notes to plastic cards. Now, a mobile application developed by Google only for Sprint Nexus S 4G allows the user can make secure payments fast and convenient by simply tapping the phone on a pay-pass enabled terminal checkout. Google plans to develop this application for more mobile phones. Google Wallet, allows the user to use the mobile phones and enhance in-store shopping experience and thus helping bridge the gap between online and in-store customer interactions.

Quirky, yet accurate, self-made Billionaire Entrepreneur predicts Tech Innovation Stagnation

Peter Thiel, quirky billionaire tech mogul, PayPal founder and original Facebook investor has done so many things right. So, when he recently predicted that the United States is in a post-recession Great Stagnation of science and technology — people listened. At this year’s FreedomFest Peter Thiel announced in his debate with George Gilder, entitled “Future Shock: Has Technology Stalled in America?”, that technological innovation has essentially flat-lined. “There’s been insane progress in computers, Internet, and all things related to it,” Thiel said during his debate at FreedomFest. “It’s been offset by incredible failure in energy. To a first order, the two things have cancelled each other out.”

Tranfer from Paypal

There is good news for paypal user in India. You can now transfer money through check and without going through the acrobatic feat of transfer through relatives and friends where you waste money on the transfer fee. Unlike the US where you can add a bank and have the money transferred, Indians have to be content with a check that Paypal will issue in your favor (take care that the name is same as the one in your bank account). And the current limitation is withdrawal of only $2500 per month.
