Red5 0.4 Release

Red5 0.4 is Released. Scripting support have been deferred from this release and have been put off for 0.5. Some of the features that have been highlighted are;

AMF Remoting service
RTMPT protocols
Basic samples and documentation
Start on RED5 public API
MetaData API
